Prior to proceeding with your application, please read and understand the Pasifika Vibes Festival 2016 'Terms and Conditions' which can be found below.

Any stall holders that require more space over 6m x 6m radius will be charged $400
We are not accepting any fast food trucks

Do you have a food permit?
A food permit is solely the responsibility of the stallholder. It is expected that the stallholder will adhere to, all conditions of the Queensland Food Act and the Moreton Bay Regional Council regulations and permit conditions. Pasifika Vibes Festival management will not be held responsible for any omission, negligence, conduct, action of the stallholder. The stallholder is to read the Stallholders terms & conditions on this website.
LIST APPLIANCES & EQUIPMENT
Are you bringing any of the following
Space for cold room
Bain maries, urns, grills etc
Electrical leads & equipment (must be tagged at expense of stallholder)
PVF management will not be providing any help with appliances, equipment or any of the items listed. Please be aware that we will need to know where to place you based on the types of appliances and requirements you need on event day
In 25 words or less, please write a promotional piece based on your stall (will be read out by MCs at the event)
PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE (PLI)

Yes - Upload PLI below
No - There is a requirement to have a minimum of $20 million public liability insurance in place as a stallholder, and performer (especially if you conduct this as a business) so every effort is expected of you to obtain this before event day.
